Enjoy a great kayak experience while helping to beautify the lagoon environment during our clean-up day. Register early - this is the only time boaters are allowed on Batiquitos!

Kayakers have two hours on the lagoon. Launch times are every hour from 7:00 a.m. until the last launch at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive 20 minutes before your launch time.
Launch will be from the beach just off the park and ride lot at La Costa Avenue, east of I-5. You may use your own kayak, but you will be guided on the lagoon and must wear a properly fitted personal flotation device. Kayaks and life jackets can also be provided for you at no extra charge. One person (single) and two person (double) kayaks are available.
Donation is $30 per person for a two-hour adventure. Donations are not refundable if you fail to attend. Your donation is tax-deductible.
This event benefits the Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation and its work in providing environmental education and public nature walks.
Anyone under age 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Waivers must be signed for the Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation and will be available at launch site.
